Ladies, I consider myself quite sociable and love a good party—but when I got my invite to the “Peri” party, this was one RSVP I wasn’t exactly thrilled to accept! 

However, like it or not, menopause is a VIP event we all have to attend at some point. And honestly? I wasn’t prepared for it.

As an Asian woman, I’d always embraced the whole “you don’t look your age” thing. I felt great, looked youthful, and thought midlife was still miles away. Then the symptoms hit. Out of nowhere, I was dealing with: sleepless nights, migraines, aching joints, brain fog and changes to my skin and hair texture.
Suddenly, my glow felt like it was dimming. Was I really on a one-way trip to Middle Age-ville?!

But then, I made a decision. Instead of resisting this new chapter, I decided to OWN my midlife journey. I dove deepinto researching ways to hack aging, support my body, and age healthy—and what I found was life-changing.
